Plastics

 

The first step in the process is of course the raw material.

The plastic is delivered in granules.

FKD has drying ovens to control the moisture in the granules. 

A special filling system transports the right granules to the machine.

FKD has a modern computer-organized injection mould part in their company

This part is capable of making 24 hour shifts of plastic production.

We use materials like polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), and polyethylene (PE), we also use plastics like acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polyoxmethene (POM) and polyamide (PA)

These plastics can be glass fibre filled and be combined with pigments and release agents.

In consultation with our suppliers we are able to an optimal products.
