Moulding Process 

 

The funnel is filled with granulate. From the funnel runs the granules goes onto heatd cylinder and srew. The screw presses the now liquid plastic into the mould. The plastic takes the shape of the mould and is than cooled. When cooled enough the mould opens and the product is being pushed out of the mould and falls into a box. The mould than closes and the process starts again.
